James Little is the founding partner of Legacy Investment Team and leads the company’s investment strategy. As a seasoned syndicator and investor, he focuses on sourcing capital and building long-term value for partners and communities. James is also a member of the 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind.

Director of Operations

Josh Campbell

Joshua Campbell manages day-to-day operations at Legacy Investment Team, ensuring efficiency across project execution and investor communications. He works closely with the team to align systems, teams, and strategy. Josh also supports investor education around multifamily opportunities.
