Nestled in the heart of Belvedere, TN, the Bridgeview Bungalow is more than just a renovation—it’s a story revived. As our very first single-family home project, this one holds special meaning. We purchased it from a family who had owned the land for three generations. Originally built by one of the grandchildren on a portion of the old family farm, the home had been vacant for years before his passing.
