BIO

James is the visionary and founding partner of Legacy Investment Team, an investment group focused on leaving a legacy. His vision is to build a better future for their investors, tenants, employees, and communities. He is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Real Estate Investor. He is also a member of the 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind. He is also a founding member of Legacy Investment Foundation, a non-profit organization funded by Legacy Investment Team. This foundation provides financial support to many different local, national, and global charitable causes.

James earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Information Systems in 2018. He then went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governor’s University in Information Technology Management graduating in 2021. James has started and exited multiple businesses and he brings a strong background in implementing Lean Systems, Process Improvement operations and Project Management experience. He manages the Operations and Asset Management facets of the business.

James is married to Delayna, and they have two married, adult sons, and 5 grandchildren. They are also the loving owners of two older Dachshunds, Rango, and Oscar. They are active members of their church, are strong believers in giving, and they love exploring everything Tennessee. 

James also cohosts The Legacy Investing Live Podcast, a podcast that provides actionable content and information to those who are interested in becoming multifamily investors. James also leads a Real Estate Connect Group and is a member of the 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind.
