Joshua Little is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Team LLC, a multifamily investment group focused on building a better future for its investors, tenants, and employees. Joshua focuses primarily on the sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition of new investment opportunities. Joshua has extensive experience in investment opportunity underwriting and project management.

Prior to co-founding Legacy Investment Team LLC, Joshua served honorably in the United States Army for seven years. He worked extensively with one of the Department of Defense’s premier research institutes with a mission to “Optimize Combat Casualty Care”.

 

Joshua’s notable achievements while serving:
* Army’s Meritorious Service Medal
* Co-authoring six publications in medical research journals
* Receiving the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
 

Some of Joshua’s hobbies include being an engaged Dad to his two young children, leading and mentoring a group of young couples at his church, and engaging with the real estate investing community through meet-ups and social media.
