When you build something with lasting impact, it starts with why. That’s exactly what we set out to share in Episode 1 of the Legacy Investment Team Podcast — the heart behind the mission, the people involved, and the vision that drives everything we do.

👥 Meet the Team

Josh Campbell, our host, lives in Murfreesboro, TN, and brings years of leadership experience from both the automotive industry and Ramsey Solutions. He felt called to something greater — something that would impact communities, build wealth with purpose, and serve God’s kingdom through real estate.

James Little, a recent MBA graduate and Murfreesboro local, stepped away from a career in IT management to pursue something more fulfilling. With a strong faith foundation, James and his wife Delana dove into real estate to create generational impact — starting with flipping homes and quickly expanding into multifamily investing.

Josh Little, James’ son, lives in San Antonio, TX, with his wife and children. A U.S. Army veteran and healthcare program manager, he brings a disciplined, systems-driven mindset to the team. His passion for growth and real estate made him a natural fit for Legacy’s mission.

🌱 Why We Started: From Flips to a Movement

James shared how their journey began with a single residential flip, but a pivotal moment came at Multifamily Live in Nashville. Initially overwhelmed by the scale of multifamily deals, James experienced a spiritual breakthrough. “God said, ‘Stop thinking small — I want to use you to do big things,’” he shared on the podcast. That moment birthed the clarity to scale and serve — not just build.

The name Legacy Investment Team wasn’t just branding — it was a calling. Legacy is about more than profit. It’s about:

  • Impacting families and tenants

  • Providing clean, safe places to live

  • Building generational wealth

  • Reinvesting in communities

  • Advancing the Kingdom through a future nonprofit foundation

🤝 Why We Need Partnerships

Partnerships are central to everything Legacy does. Whether you’re an investor, a connector, or simply curious about getting started in multifamily, there’s a place for you on the team. We’re looking for people aligned in values and vision — because together, we can do far more.
