James Little

James is the visionary and founding partner of Legacy Investment Team, an investment group focused on leaving a legacy. His vision is to build a better future for their investors, tenants, employees, and communities. He is an active Real Estate Syndicator and Real Estate Investor. He is also a member of the 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind.

Josh Little

Joshua Little is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Team LLC, a multifamily investment group focused on building a better future for its investors, tenants, and employees. Joshua focuses primarily on the sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition of new investment opportunities. Joshua has extensive experience in investment opportunity underwriting and project management.

Josh Campbell

Joshua Campbell is a co-founder of Legacy Investment Team LLC focused on working with investors to educate them about multi-family opportunities and connecting them with investment options that align with their personal investment goals.

Delayna Little

Delayna is the creative designer for Legacy Investment Team’s properties. Her experience includes renovation design, interior design, shopping for clients, virtual design services, and event and wedding planning/decorating services.  

Delayna is married to James, and together they share two married sons, and 5 grandchildren. Spoiling her grandchildren and being DeDe is her favorite roll in life. They are also the loving owners of two older Dachshunds, Rango, and Oscar. They are active members of their church, are strong believers in giving, and they love exploring everything Tennessee. 

Christina Campbell

Christina creates and manages content for the website, social media pages and updates information.   She has helped companies working on start up and branding. She has owned her own photography business for 15 years.

She was born and raised in the good state of Tennessee, married to Josh Campbell for 22 years, they have 3 teenagers ( 16,18,19) of which she is always smothering. (So they say)  A few of her favorite things are; hummingbirds, gardening, photography, working out, peppermint mocha coffee, sharks, worship at church, the beach, fishing, kayaking and spending time with her family.

Outreach is very important to her and her husband .  They minister weekly to kids in low income areas around their church.  Picking them up for church weekly and reaching their communities once a month.
