The Pool House

This home came to us with a rich family history. Passed down through generations, it was inherited after the family’s matriarch passed away. With kids and grandkids continuing to live in the home, it eventually became too much to maintain. The once-beautiful property had fallen into disrepair and needed a fresh start—just like the family.

We were able to step in, provide a quick and smooth closing, and help the family transition into their next chapter.

What followed was a top-to-bottom transformation. We touched every part of this home—installing brand new windows, a new roof, a basement waterproofing system, and a brand new pool liner to bring the backyard oasis back to life.
